As the Marketing Director for Empowher, I developed the organization’s brand identity, creating a cohesive and recognizable presence across all platforms. I designed the branding guide, establishing guidelines for color schemes, typography, logo usage, and messaging to ensure consistency in all marketing efforts. This foundational work helped shape EmpowHer’s ability to educate and empower women through clear, strategic, and visually compelling storytelling.

Social Media Marketing

Through organic growth strategies, Empowher’s social media presence flourished, reaching 22K engaged followers. I developed and executed a comprehensive content strategy, managing the social media calendar with a marketing automation tool to ensure consistent, impactful messaging. I also created reporting systems to track engagement, identify trends, and optimize content performance. From crafting compelling posts to overseeing creative direction, I aligned content with EmpowHer’s mission to educate and empower women on health and spirituality, fostering a strong, engaged community.

Podcast Marketing

I played a key role in launching and growing Empowher’s podcast, driving 18,134 downloads over 18 months through strategic marketing and audience engagement. I designed the podcast cover art, managed the content calendar, and developed promotion strategies across digital channels. Using podcast analytics, I tracked performance and optimized content to maximize reach and engagement.

Field Marketing

I led field marketing initiatives to enhance EmpowHer’s presence at events, developing engaging activations that fostered audience interaction and drove community growth. From audience acquisition strategies to on-site experience design, I ensured our brand connected meaningfully with attendees. I also created branded field materials, including tablecloths, banners, and signage, ensuring a professional, cohesive brand presence at every event.

Email Marketing

I developed and executed targeted email campaigns to drive engagement, donations, and event participation. My work included post-field marketing follow-ups, donation campaigns, and a monthly newsletter featuring the podcast, upcoming workshops, and community highlights.
